Business Report :
Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Muhammad Faruk Khan said direct flights between Bangladesh and South Korea will help create new areas of cooperation, and increase trade volume between the two countries.
Faruk made these remarks while meeting with South Korea’s Ambassador to Bangladesh Park Young Sik in the secretariat on Sunday, according to a press release.
The minister said, “Bangladesh and South Korea need to escalate aviation cooperation in order to expand trades and personnel exports. Chartered flights are already operating between the two countries, but it is necessary to establish regular flights by revising the existing air service agreement.
“Regular direct flights between Bangladesh and South Korea will considerably benefit the businesses, students, and expatriate workers.”
