RAB 13 arrested two drug dealers with 1494 years of Phensedyl from Gangachra in Rangpur. RAB 13 Deputy Director (Media) Mahmud Bashir Ahmed said that they were arrested from Baraibari Jamchawra area of upazila on Sunday morning. The arrested drug dealers are Sona Mia (35) son of Azizul Islam of Barai Bari Jam Chowra area and Mostakim Mia Liton (29), son of Abdul Khalek of the same area.
RAB 13 Deputy Director (Media) Mahmud Bashir Ahmed said that based on secret information, a raiding team of Rangpur’s battalion headquarters conducted a raid at the residence of accused Sonamia of Bararupai (Jamchora) village of Gangachara police station in Rangpur district. Meanwhile, 2 top drug dealers were arrested along with 1494 bottles of Phensedyl.
He said that RAB filed a drug case against the detainees in Gangachra police station of Rangpur district and handed it over to the concerned police station.
