For the purpose of expanding the ongoing business, the company intends to raise capital by listing on the small capital platform of the capital market.
It was signed on behalf of Nargana Spinning Mills Limited by Managing Director S M A Momith and Chief Executive Officer Mazeda Khatun on behalf of ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML).
