We are always struggling in Test cricket.
It will be difficult for us to win the second Test against Sri Lanka.
But I believe we shall perform well against Sri Lanka and we have to win the Test match against Sri Lanka.”
Shakib said, ” I have no personal target.
I have played cricket not for my any own aim and not for my personal achievement. I have always tried to contribute to my team.”
It may be mentioned that Shakib Al Hasan returned to the International cricket almost four and half months.
The left-arm all-rounder said, ” It is a pride for me to represent for my country and perform for our country.
I am glad and feel proud to return to the Test cricket.”
Bangladesh lost to Sri Lanka by 328 runs in the first Test match at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on March 25.
Most of the batters of Bangladesh failed to make big score.
The Tigers will take on Sri Lanka in the second Test, which will be held from March 30 to April 3 at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram, the port city of the country.
Bangladesh have to win against Sri Lanka in the second Test if they want to save their team from defeat.
On the other hand, Sri Lanka need just a draw to clinch the two-match Test series against the Tigers.
So, it will be a crucial Test match for the Tigers.
