The full-fledged new committee of Upazila Press Club in Tarash has been announced in a general meeting of the club under the chairmanship of its President Md. Golam Rabbani Surya held at the Press Club office on Saturday.
Sohel Rana Sohag is the General Secretary of new committee while Mohsin Ali, local cprrespondent of The New Nation has been elected as Senior Vice President. The other members of the committee, among others, are Md. Ibrahim Hossain, vice president, Shamim Hossain Khandkar as joint general secretary.
