Truck set on fire in Kishoreganj

UNB, Kishoreganj :

A fertilizer-laden truck was set ablaze by unidentified miscreants at Dariakandi in Kuliarchar upazila of Kishoreganj district early Monday during the ongoing 48-hour blockade enforced by BNP and like-minded parties.

Mohammad Golam Mostafa, officer-in-charge of Kuliarchar Police Station, said the miscreants intercepted the truck in front of Dariakandi Fire Service office and set fire to it.

However, the firefighters doused the flame immediately.
