‘Close Up Romantic Drama Festival’ with three star pairs

The ‘Close Up Romantic Drama Festival’ is going to be held for the first time in the country
with three star pairs.
The festival is being organised under the
banner of CMV, one of the country’s leading
production companies, where six stars are participating in pairs. They are – Ziaul Farooq Apurba, Tanjin Tisha, Farhan Ahmed Jovan, Totini, Tawsif Mahbub and Niha.
This festival has been confirmed by CMV and Close Up authorities
on Wednesday.
According to the
organisers, this festival is arranged in three love stories with six stars.
They said that such a festival with special dramas outside of Valentine’s Day has not happened before in the country.
CMV chief SK Shahed Ali Pappu said about organizing such a festival like first time that the festival will start from the last week of November on the company’s YouTube channel. There are three special plays in the first part of the festival. Among them, Jakaria Showkhin’s ‘Pothe Holo Deri’, Prabir Roy Chowdhury’s ‘Bhalobasi Tobuo’, and Mizanur Rahman Aryan’s ‘Hridoye Hridoy’. Apurba-Totini, Tawsif-Tisha and Jovan-Niha are acting in these three special dramas respectively.
Shahed Ali Pappu also said, “We have always wanted to give quality gifts in music and drama. Our journey became more festive with Close Up.
We believe that we can do this festival on a bigger scale in the future.”
Meanwhile, being
a part of the first such festival, the makers and crews of the drama are looking at the matter
very positively.
According to them, such an initiative gives a kind of good news in the volatile drama industry.
