Fahmida Nabi’s new original song released with formality

Rongon Music, production house of lyricist Jamal Hossain, has been
working for the last several years to enrich the music scene of Bangladesh and release new original songs.
Rongon Music’s YouTube channel is constantly releasing new songs.
Mainly, Rongon Masic is working with the aim of spreading and promoting pure music.
As well as dramas with good stories i.e. dramas are being produced with the aim of providing various messages to the society.
Recently a movie titled ‘Prohelika’ has been produced from Rongon Music. This movie was directed by Chayanika Chowdhury.
This production company has been with the famous artist Fahmida Nabi since the beginning.
In the meantime, several songs of Fahmida Nabi have been released here.
Another new original song of Fahmida Nabi was released on October 12. The title of the song is ‘Smritir Dorjay’.
The song as usual is penned by Jamal Hossain, tune and music
composed by Fahmida Nabi’s brother Ponchom.
The music video of this song was made by Saikat Reza, in which Asaduzzaman acted as a model with Fahmida Nabi.
On the occasion of the release of the song, a homely programme was organised on October 12 just before the Maghrib prayer.
Presented at the event lyricist Jamal Hossain told this correspondent, “The main goal of Rongon Music was to release new songs one after another.
We are still moving forward with that goal in mind.
We respect the song and the artiste of the song. In that continuation, we pay our utmost respect to Fahmida Nabi Apa.
As well as music composer Ponchom, brother of Fahmida Nabi, added to our journey. It’s also something we like.
But it is not that we have much gain from the music. Even then we will all be with the song, we want everyone’s inspiration.”
Fahmida Nabi told this correspondent, “As much as Jamal Hossain Bhai writes well, I think he is a better person than him.
Jamal Bhai, his wife and children, that is, the whole family, who want to take the artistes of Bangladesh, the art of Bangladesh further.
I got involved with Rongon Music at the hands of Muhin Khan.
The lyrics of the song ‘Smritir Dorjay’ is so modern that I asked Ponchom to compose music of the song.
So what I expected around the song, Ponchom seems to have done just that.
The listeners have to listen to the music of the song to know what composer Ponchom has done.
Jamal Bhai wants to move forward with all of us. We don’t want to lose a holder like him.
The lyrics and melody of the song ‘Smritir Dorjay’ are simply great. I really don’t know how to sing the song.”
