Aysha Monica in movie for the first time

Aysha Rahman Monica is at a time a presenter, model and TV actress.

She has worked as a model in many TV commercials as well as acted in many dramas.

Monica has also received praise by presenting on various TV channels.

This is the first time she acted in a movie titled ‘Dahokal’ directed by Dhrubo Hasan. Monica played the role of  ‘Sultana’ in this movie.

In the meantime, the movie ‘Dahokal’ has been selected to be shown at ‘Orlando Film Festival 2023’ in Florida, USA.

Aysha Monica first acted in the drama ‘Abhiman’ directed by Rehana Sadmani Kona.

Later, she also acted in the same director’s ‘Hariye Khuji’, Lutfunnahar Moushumi’s ‘Bhojokot’, Gias Uddin Selim’s ‘Rode’, ‘Atohpor’ and ‘Warishnama’, Sumon Anwar’s ‘Chhayabrikkher Rajkonnya’, and several other telefilms, part dramas and drama serials.

Aysha Monica also performed as a model in TVCs of Piplu R Khan’s ‘Grameenphone’, ‘Purnava’ and ‘Tang’, Redoan Rony’s ‘Spirit of Ramadan’, Amitabh Reza Chowdhury’s ‘Dano’, Mejbaur Rahman Sumon’s ‘MoniMix’, Adnan Al Rajeev’s ‘Banglalink’ and many others.

Monica has also received a lot of praise by presenting various stage shows in several other channels and stage seasons including Channel i.

Aysha Rahman Monica told this correspondent, “The period of my acting career is not very long.

But even then I got the opportunity to work under the guidance of some talented makers.

Be it in drama or advertisement. That’s why I love acting the most.

I feel most comfortable in acting. I also like to introduce myself as an actress.

I have had the opportunity to work in several dramas. But now I am actually waiting for the release of my movie ‘Dahokal’ in the country.

I will be seen as ‘Sultana’ in this movie and I am very optimistic about the movie because Dhrubo Hasan has made the movie with a lot of care.

All those who have acted in this movie have acted wonderfully in their respective roles.”
