Urmila in UNICEF’s public awareness documentary

Urmila Srabonti Kar is one such actress who usually lends her hand to help artistes when they are in danger.

For example, since the recent issue of actress Afroza Hossain’s canner came to light, Urmila has taken initiative to collect money for Afroza in various ways. And then Urmila handed over the money to Afroza.

Actors’ Equity Bangladesh’s Legal and Welfare Affairs Secretary Urmila Srabonti Kar works tirelessly for the Equity.

The only reason for this is his family education and involvement with Awami politics from a very young age.

Of course, if you want to do something for people, you have to be a good person first.

Since Urmila is a humane person, a good person – director Jewel Rana has made a public awareness documentary about her.

This awareness documentary under the auspices of UNICEF has been made with Urmila to raise awareness about cervical cancer.

The production of this documentary was done in Manikganj on Sunday.

Urmila has tried to present herself properly in this documentary with great love in the heat.

Urmila told this correspondent, “Before this I have also worked in public awareness documentaries.

To be honest, I really enjoy working on this kind of documentary.

Because not only as an artiste, but as a conscious person, I think that the people of the society have various inconsistencies or problems in the society and later in the responsibilities may involve trying to guide the problem through identification.

Yesterday, I worked on this documentary of UNICEF with the aim of raising more awareness about cervical and oral cancer in girls.

Hopefully it will be beneficial to everyone if it is published soon.”

Urmila’s first movie titled ‘From Bangladesh’ directed by Shahneoaj Cacoly is awaiting release.

In the meantime, Urmila has started working on the new drama serial titled ‘Ghorer Shotru Bhibhishon’ directed by Sajin Mahmud Babu.

Soon the actress will start working in a new drama serial directed by Idris Haider.
