Atiya Anisha sings only playback song in a movie

Sheikh Arif Bulbon :
Atiya Anisha is one of the most popular artistes of the new generation in the world of Bangladeshi music.

Although her journey began professionally in the world of music with the help of a reality show, she herself turned her name into a brand like Nancy, Kona among others by imprinting the identity of that reality show.

Some successes of that effort came last year with the song ‘Cholo Niralai’ rendered by her in the movie ‘Poran’ directed by Raihan Rafi.

This song has proved that the popularity of movie songs changes the life of an artiste like Atiya Anisha.

Now Atiya Anisha is widely known in the country and abroad.

Just as her engagement has increased in stage shows, her engagement in modern songs, drama songs and movie songs has also increased proportionally.

In that sequence, Atiya Anisha has rendered the only playback song titled ‘Mon Pakhi’ of the movie ‘Jibon Jua’ directed by Abul Khair Chand.

The only song of a movie is in voice of Atiya Anisha.

It is easy to imagine how much confidence is growing in Anisha’s song.

The song ‘Mon Pakhi’ is written by fiction writer Kinkar Ahsan. Zahid Nirob has composed tune of this song.

While talking about lending her voice for the only playback song of a movie, Atiya Anisha told this correspondent, “The song ‘Mon Pakhi’ emphasises loneliness.

I like the lyrics and melody very much.

I give many thanks to the lyricist and composer of the song for trusting my voice in this song.

I like the chorus line of this song, ‘Kotha Kowar Laiga Ekkhan Manush Lage’ (It takes a man to talk like this).

Really my heart is filled with singing the song.”

Meanwhile, Atiya Anisha rendered a song in Mizanur Rahman Aryan’s web film ‘Punormiloni’.

Ibrahim Kamal Shafin has composed tune of the song besides writing its lyrics.

Another two songs with Habib Wahid are released by Atiya Anisha.

Last Saturday night, Atiya Anisha also rendered a solo playback song in a movie directed by Mostafizur Rahman Manik.

Shawkat Ali Emon has composed music of the song while Sudip Kumar Dip has written its lyrics.
