A different Shanu in drama serial ‘Joba’

Shanarei Devi Shanu was a Lux superstar. Apart from acting, she is now a writer. Her novels
have been published regularly in book fairs
for the past several years.
Shanu is not that regular in the drama. However, if she likes the story and the character, she acts. She has an insatiable love for acting. Therefore, it is important for her to have a good story and character in acting. This Lux superstar is not interested in doing any work.
A new drama serial titled ‘Joba’, directed by Ashish Roy, based on the main concept given by Ahmed Khan Hirok, and story and screenplay by Nasimul Hasan and dialogues by Sarwar Saikat, is being aired regularly on Deepto TV.
Shanu is playing an important role in this series. In the meantime, her role in the serial has been well received by the audience. Shanu’s performance and get-up impressed the audience.
While talking about acting in the serial ‘Joba’ and gtetting response from the audience, Shanarei Devi Shanu told this correspondent, “Deepto TV’s serial dramas are enjoyed by so many viewers; I got to know anew by acting in the serial ‘Joba’. I played an important role in the serial. A part of the 147th episode of this serial is also shared on the channel’s page, which is constantly enjoying the audience. I am also getting great response. I have infinite love for the audience; they still enjoy my plays with heart. And my sincere gratitude to the ‘Joba’ team. I always try to act in dramas with good stories. ‘Joba’ serial is an example of its uniqueness.”
Meanwhile, a poetry book and a novel written by Shanu have been published in last Ekushey Book Fair. The book of poetry was ‘Bhalobasar Epar Opar’ and the novel was ‘Lipstick’.
Shanu starred only movie is Khijir Hayat Khan directed ‘Mr Bangladesh’.
And in the meantime, Shanu has completed shooting of two new drama serials – ‘Ronger Manush Dhonger Manush,’ directed by Sohel Hasan, and ‘All In One’, directed by Avro Mahmud.
