2 arrested with foreign pistols and bullets

RAB-7 arrested two youths along with foreign pistols and bullets in Ghazir Dighi area of Fatikchari upazila in northern Chattogram.
RAB-7 senior assistant director Md. Nurul Abshar gave this information recently.
The arrested are Abhi Chakma Vijay (19), son of Sushil Chakma of Ranyama Rham area of Khagrachari, and Kriti Vikas Chakma (24), son of Sadhan Ranjan Chakma of Member Para.
Md. Nurul Abshar said that Abhi Chakma Vijay and Kriti Vikas Chakma were arrested in a special operation in Dighi area .
At that time, a foreign pistol, 1 magazine and 3 rounds were recovered from behind their waist inside the pants.
The arrested had been influencing the area for a long time with the recovered weapons.
It is also said that various drug dealers used seized weapons to ensure security in buying and selling drugs. The arrested have been handed over to the concerned police stations.
