BUBT team meets President

UNB, Dhaka :
A delegation of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), led by its trustee chairman Prof Dr Shafique Ahmed Siddique, made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on Sunday.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the President of the DUBT activities and said it has currently 8,000 students, President’s press secretary Ihsanul Karim told UNB.
They invited the President, also the Chancellor of the university, to preside over its upcoming convocation.
President Hamid stressed the need for imparting quality education at the university level.
Secretaries concerned to the President Office were present.
