Happy birthday to Momtaz and Mukti

Today is the birthday of popular baul singer and Member of the Parliament Momtaz Begum and actress Ayesha Salma Mukti.
Before the last Eid, Momtaz
started ‘Modhur Adda’ in her own village house i.e. Vakum village of Joymontop at Singair in Manikganj. This journey of ‘Modhur Adda’
has started in memory of Momtaz’s father Modhu Boyati. Momtaz
said that the official journey of
this ‘Modhur Adda’ will begin
in a few days.
Meanwhile, the small screen’s popular actress Mukti is currently in her village home in Khulna. There she spent Eid festival with all her family including her mother. Since today is her birthday, she did not return to Dhaka after Eid.
After celebrating Eid with her family, she stayed there as she would spend her birthday with
her family in Khulna.
Meanwhile, after the death of mother Uzala Begum, Momtaz has no emotion about her birthday.
The role of her mother in her life was immense. So the void in her life after losing her mother will never be filled. Momtaz always feels
the emptiness of her mother. When the birthday comes,
it increases even more. While talking about her birthday, Momtaz told this correspondent, “Now
I actually spend my time in the service of people. Life is spent with political busyness. I try to give time to the people of the area. I listen to their various problems and try to solve them quickly. To tell the truth, it’s quite nice when the birthday comes, everyone calls me and express their love in many ways. Be it on the mobile phone, be it through social media or be it
directly. I try to enjoy the time with children. But after my mother left, my joy has faded a lot. All my happiness, all my joy was actually surrounded by my mother. I don’t have a mother – it hurts me a lot to think. Everything happens to me as it should. For my mother, for my father, everyone will pray that Allah will grant them heaven. And
pray for my family.”
On the other hand, actress Ayesha Salma Mukti told this
correspondent, “On the birthday, I just want to pray to everyone
that Allah keeps me well
and healthy.”
It is noted that Mukti starred her mentionable movie was ‘Tumi Achho Hridoye,’ directed by Hasibul Islam Mizan. It was Mukti’s debut movie. However, by acting in the drama, she has been soaked in
the love of the audience.
