‘Pori’ (Farhana Mili) and ‘Tuni’ (Shoshee) suddenly meet

Actresses Farhana Mili and Sharmin Zoha Shoshee are two familiar names to the audience. Farhana Mili is known by the name ‘Pori’ and Shoshee is known by the name ‘Tuni’.
Mili and Shoshee have both acted in two blockbuster movies in Bangladesh where in both the movies named ‘Pori’ and ‘Tuni’ were.
Farhana Mili became the beloved ‘Pori’ of the audience by acting in the movie ‘Monpura’. On the other hand, by acting in the movie ‘Hajar Bochhor Dhore,’ Shoshee also became a ‘Tuni’ loved by the audience. The movie ‘Monpura’ directed by Giasuddin Salim was released in 2009. The movie ‘Hajar Bochhor Dhore’ directed by noted actress Kohinur Akter Shuchanda was finally released four years ago. Chanchal Chowdhury was opposite Farhana Mili in ‘Monpura’, while Riaz was opposite Shoshee in ‘Hajar Bochhor Dhore’. Both of them got stardom by acting in two movies. However, both of them later became regular actors in dramas. Both of them still feel comfortable acting in the drama.
In their acting career, Mili and Shoshee acted together in a drama serial titled ‘Sonabhan’ before the start of the Corona epidemic. Mili and Shoshee were not seen in any drama before or after this.
Recently Mili and Shoshee were seen at a location in Gazipur in the break of two different works. When Mili had almost finished her work just then Shoshee’s presence at the shooting location. Mili could not recognise Shoshee in the beginning because sunglasses on the eyes and masks on the face of her. Later, Mili was very happy to see Shoshee. Meeting after several years has created a good feeling between the two. For quite some time they indulged in quite a lot of stories and chats.
While talking in this regard, Farhana Mili told this correspondent, “Shoshee is very attractive, sweet and glamorous actress. I think a talented actress like Shoshee should be properly utilised by the makers by acting with better stories. I really liked meeting Shoshee after a long time. Although it was a short time, we tried to enjoy the time as much as we got.”
Shoshee shared her feelings by this way, “I have seen Mili’s movie ‘Monupra’. I was impressed by Mili’s incredible performance in that movie. ‘Monpura’ still remains among the audience. A more experimental approach to Mili could have worked better. I think the makers should work more with her. And as a person, Mili is a good-hearted person and humble. Her smile is very sweet.”
