UNB, Bhola :
Three people including two of a family were killed in Borhanuddin and Sadar upazilas of the district on Thursday.
In Borhanuddin upazila, a man and his son-in-law were killed when a bus rammed a motorbike at Bhola-Charfasson in Boiddar Pal area.
The deceased were identified as Monir Sharif, 45 and his son-in-law Azgar Ali, 25.
The accident occurred around 8:30 am when the bus of ‘Ma-Jahan’ Paribahan hit the motorbike carrying the duo, leaving them dead on the spot, said officer-in-charge of Borhanuddin Police Station Rezaul Karim.
They met the tragic accident while going to attend the namaz-e-janaza of one of their relatives.
On information, police recovered the bodies and seized the bus.
Meanwhile, Md Arif, 25, a van puller, was killed when a truck hit his van at Bheduria ferryghat in Sadar upazila in the morning.
