Momtaz launches ‘Modhur Adda’

Popular folk singer
and Member of the Parliament, Momtaz Begum, inaugurated
the ‘Modhur Adda’ restaurant on the side
of the Hemayetpur-Singair-Manikganj regional highway in Manikganj. The inauguration ceremony took place last Saturday.
The restaurant was established in memory
of Momtaz Begum’s late father, Modhu Boyati. The opening
ceremony of ‘Modhur Adda’ was attended by local politicians, police officers, journalists and Momtaz’s family.
“This restaurant has been named ‘Modhur Adda’ in memory of
my late father, Modhu Boyati. Though it was inaugurated on a small scale on Saturday,
its journey will begin on a large scale after Eid,” said Momtaz.
