Nayma Alam Maha, the
audience favourite actress of this
generation, has already acted
in short dramas and serial
focusing on the upcoming Eid.
In the meantime, Maha has completed shooting of seven-episode Eid drama serial titled ‘Habur Scholarship,’ directed by Al Hazen, for NTV, and work of a short play titled ‘Khoto,’ directed by Tuhin Hossain. Besides, on April 9, she will work on another short drama to be directed by Shikder Eman for a YouTube channel. A few other directors have taken Maha’s schedules, according to the actress. However, Maha does not want
to reveal the names of those
directors until it is finalised.
Meanwhile, today is Maha’s birthday. She has no special arrangements for her birthday. No shooting today. She said that she will spend time with her family today. She will spend the day with her parents and sister today.
While talking about her Eid works and birthday, Maha told this correspondent, “I have already completed a seven-episode serial and a short drama for next Eid. My character is very important in both plays. Al Hazen Bhai and Tuhin Hossain Bhai – both are talented directors. I like working under their directions. They cooperated me a lot. This time, since the birthday is during the Ramzan, I don’t have any special plans for the birthday. But my cousin Lamisa is more excited about my birthday. She tries to make the day special in various ways. As well as my sister Nuha and brother Evan too. But the love that my father and mother give on my birthday, it seems as
if this day comes every day.
Let more and more come.”
Several serials starring Maha are being aired on different TV channels. Like ‘Shonda Panda’ directed by Salahuddin Lavlu, ‘Bokulpur Season 2’ directed by Kaiser Ahmed, ‘Online Offline’ directed by Sagor Jahan, and ‘Chirokumar Chiku’ directed
by Tuhin Hossain.
In the meantime, Maha has started working in a series titled ‘Bhalobasar Oligoli’ where she
is playing the role of ‘Payra,’
said the actress.
