After a long wait, Chattogram Medical College (CMC) hospital authorities have finally signed an agreement with the Chinese delegation to build a full-fledged burn and plastic surgery unit
in the Port City.
Director Brig Gen Shamim Ahsan on behalf of CMC Hospital and Xi Chang, Second Secretary (Economic and Commercial) of the Chinese Embassy signed the MoU on behalf of the Chinese delegation.
This agreement was reached at Chattogram Medical College (CMC) hospital director’s meeting room on Saturday. Other members of the Chinese delegation were present at this time. Earlier in the morning, the Chinese delegation held a meeting with the director of Chattogram Medical College (CMC) Hospital to build a full-fledged burn and plastic surgery unit in Chattogram with the assistance of China.
