Actress Shanu’s poetry and novel books at the book fair

Ever since she made her debut as
a poet and novelist, the way of
celebrating actress Shanarei Devi Shanu’s birthday has changed. Now the first hour of her birthday starts at her home, but the time passes from afternoon to night at her Ekushey book fair because her own books were published in the book fair. As usual, two of her books have been published this time. One is a poetry book and the other is a novel. The name of the poetry book is ‘Bhalobasar Epar Opar’ and the title of the novel is ‘Lipstick.’
While talking in this regard, actress Shanarei Devi Shanu told this correspondent, “Another book was supposed to be published in this year’s book fair. But the fair is nearing its end; the book is yet to be published. So I have nothing special to say about the book. However, the two books that have been published, one is a book of poetry and the other is a novel, I am getting good response for the two books. News is reported from the stall about the book. But since it was my birthday on 21 February, I tried to spend my birthday with my family, but from the afternoon, I spent two stalls separate hours because I want to remember some moments around my poetry and novels on my birthday. However, I have expressed my gratitude to the readers who read my poetry books, novels with interest, and also expressing their reactions in various ways. As a writer I am inspired and I love it. I feel the urge to write better. Everyone prays for me.”
It is noted that Shanarei Devi Shanu is a Lux superstar. Her village home is in Sylhet. The only movie she acted in was ‘Mr Bangladesh.’ She has already acted in the new serials – ‘Ronger Manush Dhonger Manush,’ directed by Sohel Hasan, and ‘All In One,’ directed by Avro Mahmud.
Shanu informed that another thriller based book titled ‘Rakkhok’ is slated to hit the book fair. If so, this year’s book fair will be more complete for her.
