Movie ‘Radio’ gets uncut censor certificate

The Bangladesh Film Censor Board has given an uncut clearance certificate to Anonno Mamun’s movie ‘Radio’ recently. The movie has been made based on Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s
7th March Speech. The movie is expected
to be released on March 10, director Anonno Mamun confirmed the news yesterday. The storyline of ‘Radio’ takes place in 1971, on March 2, when the first map of Bangladesh was unveiled at a student gathering at Dhaka University’s Bottola. The movie is about the contribution of radio to convey the message of the liberation war in these seven days.
