Dhaka Commerce College (DCC) has achieved successive good results in Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination 2022. Analysis of the results shows that the number of students appearing at the examination was 2802, and 2795 of them have passed the exam with flying colors. The pass rate of this college is 99.75%. The total number of students who have achieved GPA-5 from both Business Studies group and Science group is 1720. Anyway, at the time of their admission to this college, only 283 students from both groups had GPA-5 from their results of SSC examination. That means after getting admitted to this college, 1437 students have succeeded to improve their results to GPA-5.
1274 students out of 1275 from Business Studies group have passed the examination, and 561 of them have achieved GPA-5 having their pass rate 99.92%. However, only 42 students had GPA-5 at the time of their admission to this college. The intensive care and intimate nursing of the college have helped particularly 519 students achieve GPA-5 from this group ensuring cent percent improvement.
From Science group that started running in 2019, 1527 students appeared at the HSC Examination this year, and 1521 students have passed it successfully. Of them, 1159 students have turned out super-achievers of GPA-5 from this group. Their pass rate is 99.61. However, it is particularly mentionable that when they got into this college, only 241 students had GPA-5 from their SSC examination. The intensive care and intimate nursing of the college have constantly been active behind 918 students’ glorious achievement of GPA-5 from this group proving their cent percent improvement.
While expressing his feeling, Professor. Dr. Md. Abu Masud, the Principal of Dhaka Commerce College, mentioned, “Our successive achievement has been possible through emphasizing intellectual exercise.” He added, “We are particularly careful in making enlightened people who can become successful in achieving coveted opportunities of higher studies in traditionally best universities in the country and beyond along with entrance to enriched careers.”
