‘Adventures of Sundarbans’ released

Siam Ahmed and Pori Moni starrer movie ‘Adventures of Sundarbans’ has been released in 17 theatres across the country on Friday. The movie is
a joint production of Bongobd with the
government funding.
Directed by Abu Raihan Jewel, the movie has been made based on Dr Muhammad Zafar Iqbal’s children’s novel ‘Ratuler Raat, Ratuler Din.’ Zafar Iqbal has also written a song titled ‘Aay Aay Sob Taratari’ for this government granted movie. Apart from Siam and Pori Moni, the movie also features Shahidul Alam Sachchu, Azad Abul Kalam, Monira Mithu, Kochi Khandakar, Ashish Khandakar, among others.
The movie was released in all branches of Star Cineplex in Dhaka. Along with that, it is also being screened at Shyamoli Cinema Hall, Blockbuster Cinemas, Modhumita and Chitramahal cinema hall in Dhaka.
Other theatres are Lion Cinemas in Keraniganj, Star Cineplex, Sugandha cinema hall and Silver Screen in Chattogram, Liberty Cinema in Khulna, Manihar in Jesore, Grand Sylhet Cineplex in Sylhet and Star Cineplex of Bangabandhu
