Ainun Putul in the main role of movie ‘Saatao’

Ainun Putul is currently a popular actress in Bangladeshi dramas and movies. She won the last election
of Actors’ Equity Bangladesh as
an executive member. Actors have enough confidence in her that’s why Putul won this first election
in her life.
Ainun Puthul has acted in five movies before. These movies were: ‘Ghetuputro Komola,’ ‘Brihonnola,’ ‘Krishnopokkho,’ ‘Raat Jaga Phool’ and ‘Black War.’ She has played important roles in these movies. But this time she played the main role of the movie. She acted in Khandaker Sumon directed crowd-funded movie titled ‘Saatao.’
In the movie, her character name was also Putul. The movie is expected to release on January 27.
While sharing her feelings to play in main role or role of lead actress in the movie, Aynun Putul told this correspondent, “Earlier, under Khandaker Sumon’s direction, I acted in two short films. Basically, his interest is mainly to play a lead role in this movie. When he gave me the script of ‘Saatao,’ I immediately liked it after reading. Moreover, my character is my own name, and doing the work created more love. Since this is a crowd funded movie, so the cast, every artist has tried to contribute their best from their respective positions. This movie is truly the movie of my life. My dream has come true by playing the role of own name in the movie. I want to act in this kind of challenging role and I also want to work in better movies.”
Aynun Putul also said that now she is acting regularly in several numbers of drama serials including ‘Bokulpur Returns,’ ‘Joba,’ Demag,’ Maa Baba Bhai Bon,’ and ‘Songsar.’
S A Anwarul Kabir and Nurunnahara Kabir’s daughter, Ainun Putul’s birthday is 26 November. She completed honours and master’s degrees in Drama and Dramatics from Jahangirnagar University. Popular actress Zakia Bari Mamo is her close friend. Putul spends her leisure times happily with her brother’s daughter named Charu, said the actress.
