Shabana and her husband to produce movie again

Dhallywood’s noted actress Shabana and her husband noted film director Wahid Sadik will produce a movie by the joint production with India after two decades they left the country’s film industry. They have been now residing in USA since Shabana left the film
industry in 1997.
According to Shabana and her husband, country’s film industry is improving now. So, they are interested to return to Dhallywood to produce movie in a joint venture.
While talking in this regard, director Wahid Sadik told media, “Due to improvement of the country’s film industry, we have decided to make a movie here. Kolkata’s director Rajiv Kumar Biswas will give direction of the movie.”
The story of the movie will be family, action and romantic oriented, Wahid Sadik also said.
While talking with Shabana she said, “We are going to India on January 16 to select heroine for the movie. The shooting of the untitled movie will be held in Bangladesh, India and USA.”
Replying a question whether Shabana will act in the movie, Wahid Sadik said, “No, Shabana will not act in the movie. She will just produce the movie.”
Establishing SS Production house in 1979, Shabana and Wahid Sadik’s first produced movie was ‘Matir Ghor.’
After this movie, with the joint venture, they produced two dozen of movies including ‘Chhutir Ghonta,’ ‘Ami Sei Meye’ and ‘Swami Keno Ashami.’
