Apu Biswas first time in web film

Apu Biswas won the hearts of many viewers for acting in movies. For the first time, she is acting in a web film. The actress started
shooting of the web film from Sunday morning. Title of the web film is: ‘Chhayabaji.’ Producing by RTV, talented director Syed Shakil is making this web film.
Apu Biswas informed that she is playing a dual role in this web film. While talking about acting in the web film for the first time, the actress told this correspondent, “I have been getting to work in web films from many days ago. Due to mismatch of my schedules I could not get the scope to act in those web films. In fact, I wanted to act in that web film which story must be outstanding and my character will be unique. Truly said after reading story of this web film I found before writing story of this, the writer thought about my dual characters (two characters) properly. Therefore, I am well informed about Syed Shakil Bhai as a director. It is also a likeable matter that I am working with him. I give so many thanks to RTV authority because I have returned to the silver screen again by their produced movie ‘Shwoshurbari Jindabad-2.’ By them, I have started my acting career through a new platform, web film. For this reason, my journey through ‘Chhayabaji’ is more enjoyable and full of excitements for me. Now I will give my level best effort to complete shooting of this web film successfully. In fact, it is a new challenge for acting in a new platform for me.”
Apu Biswas also said that basically story of ‘Chhayabaji’ is based on a psycho-thriller story written by Ahmed Shahabuddin.
In the meantime, Apu has already completed shooting of her produced first movie titled ‘Lal Saree,’ which is also a government granted film. After completing editing, other related necessary works including dubbing, colour-grading, etc will be finished. Then the movie will be sent to the Censor Board to get the clearance certificate. “I wish to release my first produced government granted movie ‘Lal Saree’ in a special day of 2023,” said the actress.
National Film winner actor Saimon Sadik acted opposite Apu Biswas in ‘Lal Saree’ movie. Under the direction of Bondhon Biswas, Apu Biswas earlier acted opposite Nirab in a movie titled ‘Chhayabrikkho.’
