Rasheda Chowdhury returns to acting after a long break

After a long break, renowned senior film actress Rasheda Chowdhury is coming back to the film industry through a new movie. She will be seen in an important role in the movie titled ‘Omanush Holo Manush’ directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar.
While talking in this regard, the noted actress Rasheda Chowdhury said, “I have been working on this film for several days now. I heard it will go to the Censor Board soon. Just by hearing the movie’s title ‘Omanush Holo Manush’ tells you how the story is going to be. I have previously worked in films under Montazur Rahman Akbar Bhai’s direction. I like working under his guidance. Many actors including Dipjal will be seen in the movie. The movie turned out really well. I hope the audience will like the movie when it is released.”
Rasheda Chowdhury started her career back in 1984. She had been a prominent face in our media industry for three decades now. Right after her marriage she landed a role in the film ‘Prem Kahini’ directed by Dara Shikoh. She got the opportunity after competing in the popular talent hunt show ‘Notun Mukher Sondhane.’ There was no turning back for her after that.
Rasheda Chowdhury also said, “I am always satisfied with my position. My husband is a very big-hearted person so he gave me the opportunity to work on films after our marriage. It is noted that Rasheda Chowdhury’s television drama career started with Salahuddin Lavlu’s popular comedy daily soap titled ‘Bhober Haat.’ Her brilliant performance in Lavlu’s ‘Har Kipte’ also put her under the spotlight. She also acted in more than 100 movies including ‘Tawba,’ ‘Dak Diye Jai,’ ‘Padma Meghna Jamuna,’ ‘Biroho Byatha,’ ‘Bhaggoboti,’ ‘Madam Fuli,’ ‘Bichchu Bahini,’ ‘Khude Joddha,’ ‘Swapner Bashor,’ among others.
