JU VC calls on President

UNB, Dhaka :

Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Jahangirnagar University Prof Dr Farzana Islam made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on Monday. During the meeting, the VC apprised the President of the academic activities of the University. She invited President Abdul Hamid to preside over the 5th convocation of the Jahangirnagar University.
Expressing satisfaction over its academic activities, the President underscored the need for maintaining academic atmosphere of the JU. Concerned secretaries to the President Office were present.
