Kamruzzaman Selim gets Kazi Nazrul Islam honorary award

Noted recitation artiste Kamruzzaman Selim has received Kazi Nazrul Islam honorary award at a programme held at Poet Sufia Kamal Auditorium of the National Museum in the city’s Shahbagh area recently, said a press release. Selim got the award for reciting poems of Kazi Nazrul Islam, and for exploration of education and research works related to the National Poet. The programme was organised on the occasion of 123rd birth anniversary of Kazi Nazrul Islam and celebration of 100 years of writing eminent poem Bidrohi. Justice of Bangladesh Supreme Court SM Mojibur Rahman was present as the chief guest.
