DoE DG dies of Coronavirus

Dr A K M Rafiq Ahmmed, Director General (DG) of the Department of Environment (DoE), has died of Coronavirus. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the Central Police Hospital in the capital’s Rajarbagh at 4:15am on Saturday.
Deeponkor Bar, Public Relations Officer of the Environment, Forest and Climate Change Ministry, confirmed the death. Deeponkor said, he (Rafiq) had been receiving treatment at the hospital for some days. Rafiq was the member of 10th BCS Forum.
