Fingers. It is an easy-to-make dish that can be prepared at home without putting in much efforts. You just need a few ingredients to nail this dish. Ingredients
6 fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
salt as required
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered red chilli
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 cup refined oil
How to make
Step 1- Clean the fish and pat dry
To prepare this delicious snack, wash and pat dry the fish fillets.
Step 2- Marinate the fish
Take a bowl to combine the lemon juice, salt and coriander powder and add the fish fillets to it. Marinate them evenly and then place in the refrigerator for around 2 hours. After two hours remove from the refrigerator and set aside.
Step 3- Mix the dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour (maida) with water. Make sure no lumps are formed. Then, add the cumin seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
Step 4- Coat the fish fillet with bread crumbs
Spread the bread crumbs on a large plate and roll the fish fillets over them. Heat oil in a skillet over a medium flame.
Step 5- Fry the fish
Now, dip the marinated fish fillets into the flour mixture and then roll it on the bread crumbs and drop them in the oil. Fry them until they become golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and drain excess oil using clean paper towels. Serve hot.
