Secretary of SLC satisfied with security arrangement of BCB
Secretary of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Nishanta Ranatunga expressed his satisfaction with the security arrangement of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Earlier, in the last week SLC sent a two-member delegation to inspect the security plan of the venues, where Sri Lanka will play two Test matches, two Twenty20 Cricket matches and three ODIs against their counterpart Bangladesh.
The delegation submitted a report to SLC. In that report, the delegation expressed that the delegation is satisfied with the security arrangement of BCB.
Nishanta Ranatunga said, “We have received the statement by the two-member delegation which made satisfied us. We understand that the players of Sri Lanka will be secured during the team’s tour. BCB submitted a foolproof security plan and we are satisfied after judge the security arrangement of BCB.”
Ranatunga added that the final announcement of the tour was only formality.
