Bangladesh and West Indies will lock horn tomorrow in the lone Twenty20 International match at the Warner Park, Saint Kitts in West Indies. The match starts at 6.00 am BST (Bangladesh Standard Time).
West Indies had a clean sweep as the Caribbeans won the three-match Dhaka Bank ODI series 3-0.
Bangladesh lost to West Indies by three wickets in the first ODI at the National Stadium in Grenada on August 20.
Bangladesh conceded a humiliating 177-run defeat in the second ODI at the same venue on August 22. Bangladesh were shot out for a meagre 70 in that ODI game against the Caribbeans.
Bangladesh tasted a massive 91-run defeat in the third ODI at the Warner Park, Saint Kitts in West Indies on August 25.
Before ttomorrow’s clash, Bangladesh and West Indies faced each other in five Twenty20 international matches. Of them, Bangladesh posted two wins while West Indies recorded three wins.
From past records we can see that West Indies has little edge over Bangladesh in shorter version cricket competition but Bangladesh is unpredictable team which can do anything at any time.
Bangladesh will take on West Indies in the first Test match, which begins on September 5 at Kingstown.
The Tigers will meet the Caribbeans in the second Test match, which starts on September 13 at Gros Islet.
