POEMS: Dear God, peace nowhere found
There is peace nowhere
At home or outside, within the realm of the most dear family!
No matter how much you try to show off
How much wealth, power and affluence you pretend to have
It is getting clearer every day that
All big dreams are in real trouble
Peace is nowhere to be found.
In search of peace
Buddha went in Nirvana
Moses went to the ‘Toor’ mountain
And Jesus was seen crucified!
One has to have everything, right away
At home, and outside
Be a leader, acquire a ‘Pagero’ and many friends
Have more treasures than those of a king
Seeks to be a citizen of a foreign country
Delivers advice ignoring the law
Acquires the most ferocious tiger and the waste of the tiger
No one has the slightest patience
Must take over the throne, right away
There is no end to greed and desiring more
Dear God, peace is nowhere to be found.

Self help
-Mohammad Mamun Mia
Self help is the best help;
You know best.
It will be proven,
After your death.
Once there will be the time,
When nobody helps none.
Pack your virtues for salvation;
And it will be the act of wise person.
Friend and foe
-Shamsul Alam Belal
A friend finds a friend’s heart in the mirror of lovely eyes,
A foe, however, is seen friendly indeed in a friend’s guise,
A friend easily reads a friend’s face at the very first sight,
A foe only waits for an opportunity to give a deadly bite,
A friend is undoubtedly happy with a friend in happiness,
A foe hides under sweet smile all that is called bitterness.
