Burglars loot Tk 3 lakh from Gaibandha BKB

UNB, Gaibandha :
Burglars looted Tk 3 lakh from Balua Bazar branch of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank in Sadar upazila early Tuesday.
Police said, night guard of the bank Chan Miah informed the matter to bank manager over phone early Tuesday.
According to the version of the night guard, the thieves entered the bank through a window in the early hours.
Later, the hoodlums took away Tk 3 lakh from the vault after breaking open it.
Being informed, police rushed to the spot. Meanwhile, the night guard went into hiding.
