AL man killed in C’nawabganj bomb attack

UNB, Chapainawabganj :
An Awami League activist was killed and two people were injured in a bomb attack by miscreants at Sheikhtola Bazar in Shibganj upazila on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Ataur Rahman, son of Fazlur Rahman of Sheikhtola while the injured as Abul Kalam Azad and Serafat Ali of the same area.
Locals said, Ataur came under attack by a group of miscreants while he was chatting with some locals a tea stall in the bazaar around 9pm. The miscreants hurled 7-8 crude bombs at Ataur, leaving him dead on the spot and two others injured. Injured Azad was admitted to Shibganj Upazila Health Complex.
