2 AB Bank officials sued by ACC for misappropriation

Anti corruption Commission, Chattagram chapter filed a money misappropriation case against two bank officials and proprietor of the imported organisation.
ACC sources said with the connivance of two bank officials , proprietor of M/s. Yasir Enterprises imported huge commodities amounting to Tk. 133 crores with bank guarantee of Tk. 1 cr and 80 lakh .
The case was filed before the Halishahar thana on Monday.
The alleged persons in the suit are owner of importer agency Md. Motahar Hossain, Senior Vice President of Arab Bangladesh Bank Md. Naziruddin and former senior asstt vice President Md. Azad Hossain.
Officer incharge of Halishahar thana SM Obaidul Hoque told the media that this suit was lodged by ACC for misappropriatting bank money with false security.
