Madrasa teacher stabbed to death

A madrasa teacher was stabbed to death by miscreants in Barobkunda area under Sitakunda upazila of the district on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Emran Hossain Riad, 28, a teacher of Sitakunda Alia Madrasa, hailed from Sonagazi upazila of Feni district.
Delwar Hossain, officer-in-charge of Sitakunda thana said Riad stabbed to death centering an altercation over damaging light posts of the road beside the residence of victim in Barobkunda area under Sitakunda upazila. Police recovered the body and sent it to Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) morgue for autopsy.
A case was filed with Sitakunda thana.
