Booters lose to Uzbekistan in Asian Games
Bangladesh U-23 football team made a losing start in the Asian Games as they went down a 0-3 goals defeat to the strong Uzbekistan U-23 football team in their group B opening match on Tuesday at the Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong in Indonesia.
In the day’s match, striker Zabikhillo Urinboev put Uzbekistan ahead in the 23rd minute while after the lemon break Khamdamov doubled the lead scoring the second goal for Uzbekistan in the 57th minute.
Ikromjon Alibaev completed the winners’ tally scoring the third goal for Uzbekistan in the 66th minute of the match.
