Terming the government as ‘illegal’, BNP acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that this government has no right to present national budget. Mirza Fakhrul came up with the comment on Thursday while speaking at a programme arranged by Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) at the auditorium of National Press Club marking the 33rd death anniversary of party founder and late president Ziaur Rahman. JCD President Abdul Kadir Bhuiyan presided over the meeting.
