Seminar on CHT land management held in Rangamati

Chairman of Bangladesh Human Right Commission Dr. Mizanur Rahman today urged the people of Chittagong Hill Tracts to extend their cooperation to set up a University of Science and Technology and a Medical College in Rangamati.
He was addressing a seminar on ‘management of CHT land and current situation’ held at Rangamati Hill District Council Conference room as the chief guest on Saturday.
Member of National Human Right Commission Nirupa Dewan presided over the seminar.
Chairman of Rangamati Hill District Council Nikhil Kumar Chakma, DC of Rangamati Md. Mostafa Kamal and SP Rangamati Amena Begum spoke on the occasion as special guests.
Tribal leader Advocate Gianandu Bikas Chakma and Prof. Mong Sanu Chowdhury presented two keynote papers in the seminar.
