A preventive team of customs arrested a man along with 8050 Yaba tablets at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the city on Tuesday morning.
Assistant Commissioner (Customs) Sumon Chakma said as Zillur Rahman, hailing from Chandpur district, came here from Chittagong by a domestic
flight of US Bangla Airlines that landed at the airport around 11:15 am.
Tipped off, a team of customs officials challenged Zillur while he was crossing the domestic terminal and recovered the Yaba tablets after searching his body, he added.
