Dr Achyuta Samanta, founder and Chancellor of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology University (KIIT University) and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, addressing a reception programme hosted in his honour by Daffodil International University (DIU) in the city on Thursday last. DIU resolved to confer the D.Litt. Honoris Causa upon him in its 4th Convocation.
