37 including 4 Jamaat-ICS men held

The police in Jhenaidah in the night of Saturday had arrested 37 persons including three activists of the Jammat -e -Islami and one of the Islami Chhatra Shibir from different areas of the district.
Among the arrestees, 11 were arrested from Jhenaidah Sadar, six from Sailkupa, 12 from Moheshpur, four from Kaliganj, one from Harinakundu and three from Kotchandpur upazuila.
Additional superintendent of police in Jhenaidah Ajbahar Ali Seikh said, they had arrested the 37 apprehending heinous activities in the district. Three were Jamaat men and one was the activist of the Islami Chhatra Shibir, while remaining 33 were wanted as warrant accused with the court. The arrestees will be sent to jail-hazat through the court, Additional SP said.
