Arifin Shuvoo is currently shooting for a new film. Opposite him stars Bidya Sinha Mim. The pair were last seen together in the thriller Sapluudu, directed by Golam Sohrab. After four years, they are teaming up again. Although the shooting is in full swing, the director Saif Chandan, along with the lead actors, has remained tight-lipped about the project.
The film is directed by Chandan, marking his seventh directorial venture. His most recent film Local featured Ador Azad and Bubly. This is the first time he is working together with Shuvoo and Mim as a pair.
According to the director, the film’s title has not yet been finalized. However, another source has hinted that the title could be either Malik or Shikar. Multiple sources from the production unit have confirmed that filming is progressing with great momentum. Shooting began earlier this month in Paba, Rajshahi, and is currently taking place in Natore. The story belongs to the action genre, where viewers will see Shuvoo and Mim in a completely fresh look.
A source revealed that Mim trained for one and a half months for the film. She has received training in martial arts, body language, and action choreography. Arifin Shuvoo has also devoted a similar amount of time to his preparations. The film is planned for release during the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.
