7 ministries get addl secretaries

The government has appointed new secretaries in seven ministries, including the Ministry of Commerce, through promotions.

This was announced in a notification from the Senior Appointment-1 branch of the Ministry of Public Administration on Tuesday (February 25). According to the notification, these appointments were made by promoting officials to the position of secretary.
The appointed individuals are:

Aleya Akter (Statistics and Information Management Division),Md. Kamal Uddin (Ministry of Culture) ,Md. Tajul Islam (Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation Division – IMED) ,Md. Mizanur Rahman (Bangladesh National Parliament Secretariat), Mohammad Abdur Rouf (Bridge Division) , Zahida Parveen (Coordination and Reform (Cabinet Division) ,Mahbubur Rahman (Ministry of Commerce)

The notification, issued in the public interest, states that this order will be effective immediately, under the authority of the President.
