Lieutenant Colonel Shams, staff officer of the Bangladesh Coast Guard (Dhaka Zone), has confirmed this information to the media.
Naval Police Superintendent of Chandpur Syed Moshfiqul Rahman has expressed concerns that the death toll may rise further. Members of the Coast Guard and police are heading to the scene.
