The 11-day-long ‘6th Sylhet Book Fair 25’ is going to start today. The stall of the Central Shaheed Minar in Chowhatta of Sylhet city is already being prepared. This book fair is being organized by Kalantar Publishing and Jasim Book House in collaboration with Sylhet City Corporation. A detailed program is being carried out by the organizing committee to implement the book fair.
On Monday (January 5), Abul Kalam Azad, convener of the book fair implementation committee and head of Kalantar Publishing House, and Md. Jasim Uddin, member secretary and head of Jasim Book House Publishing House, said in a statement that the Central Shaheed Minar book fair from January 7 to 17 will be filled with the presence of readers, writers and literary enthusiasts.
