The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will begin across the country on Sunday (June 30).
The total number of nine general education boards, madrasa and technical boards is 14, 50,790 this year, reports UNB.
Of them, 7, 50,281 are male examinees and 7,00,509 are female students.
The examinations will take place at 2,649 centres will end on December 13.
According to the instructions of Ministry of Education are: Candidates should enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the examination.
In cases of late entry due to unavoidable reasons, the candidate’s roll number, time of entry, reason for delay etc, should be written in a register and reported to the concerned education board on the same day.
The set of question papers will be informed 25 minutes before the start of the examination.
Only the officer-in-charge (Secretary) of the centre will be allowed to enter the centre with mobile phone or electronic devices.
